A boot is decided by the shaft, the last and the heel core. VVX shafts run 21–25 in on knee-high and thigh-high styles with a 14–16 in calf circumference and a full-length gold zip, so the leather grips the leg instead of collapsing at the ankle. Block heels are cast around a steel core at 85 mm with a 10 mm concealed platform — the reason they walk all night.
Our most-bought silhouette. Pair with cropped denim or a monogram tracksuit and the leg line finishes the fit. True to size — take a half size up for thick socks or a fuller calf, the shaft relaxes about 0.5 in with wear.
Lug soles run a 25 mm treaded outsole with gold eyelets and a padded collar; western and hiker styles bring a shorter shaft with tonal stitch. Both run slightly snug through the toe box — take the next half size up if you sit between sizes.
