When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and the items, sizes and colourways you purchased.

When you browse we collect device and usage information such as your browser type, pages viewed, referring links and general location derived from your IP address. This is used to keep the store working and to understand which products and pages people find useful.

If you save items to your wishlist, opt into drop alerts or join VVX CLUB, we store those preferences so they are available the next time you visit.

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify. Your card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of the order and the last four digits and card type only as shown in our order records.

We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart and wishlist between visits, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the cart and saved items may not persist.

To process, ship and support your orders, to send order and shipping confirmations, to respond to your questions, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve our products and the store experience.

With your consent, to send drop alerts and marketing emails about new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: our commerce and checkout platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and email providers. They may only use the data to perform those services for us.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, customers or property. We do not sell your personal information.

Order records are kept as long as needed to service your purchase and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing and analytics data is kept in aggregate form.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Our store is intended for adults. Teen and kids products are sold to adult purchasers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our store, products or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on the store.
