Terms of Service

You agree to use the store lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to scrape, copy or resell our content or product imagery. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it and it enters fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, where an item is out of stock, where a price or listing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable; import duties on international orders may be charged separately by your local authority.

Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorised.

Every colourway is shown with its own photography so you can see the piece you are buying. Screens vary, so colour on your device may differ slightly from the item in person.

Sizing guidance on the store is a guide, not a guarantee of fit. Stock levels and drop quantities can change without notice.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is delayed, lost or shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

VVX CLUB membership, tiers, points and early access are provided as a benefit and may be changed or withdrawn. Points and member benefits have no cash value and are not transferable. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

The VVX and VVXHQ names, the crowned VVX marks, monograms, prints, graphics, photography, copy and site design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, print, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

The store is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
